Contact PantryFinder

Suggest a listing, report a correction, or share feedback.

PantryFinder is maintained by a small editorial team and a much larger network of community contributors. The most useful way to reach us depends on why you're writing.

Suggest a new pantry, food bank, or meal site

Our directory pulls from public USDA federal data, which means it covers SNAP-authorized retailers and federally recognized food access points well — but it misses many of the smaller, volunteer-run church pantries, mutual aid groups, and seasonal pop-up distributions that are the backbone of community food assistance in many neighborhoods. If you know one we're missing, send us:

Email submissions to listings@pantryfinder.example. We verify every submission by phone before publishing — typical turnaround is 5-10 business days.

Report incorrect information

If a listing has a wrong address, an outdated phone number, hours that haven't been right in years, or a pantry that has closed permanently, please tell us. The faster we hear about a stale listing, the fewer wasted trips other families will make. Email corrections@pantryfinder.example with the listing URL and what's wrong.

I need food right now and can't reach a pantry

We are not an emergency service and we don't have a phone line. If you need food today and can't navigate the directory:

Press, partnerships, and data licensing

For media inquiries, partnership proposals from food banks or 211 centers, or questions about licensing the directory dataset for other public-interest projects, write to partnerships@pantryfinder.example. We're happy to share our data with other non-commercial efforts at no cost.

Privacy and removal requests

If you operate a pantry listed in the directory and would like the listing removed or modified, write to privacy@pantryfinder.example. We will action verified requests within seven days.

What we can't help with

Thank you for caring enough to write. Every correction, suggestion, and submitted listing makes the directory better for the next family that needs it.
